by Swami Satyananda, the founder of Satyananda Yoga. This Powerful
Relaxation technique is one in which you learn to relax consciously.
Yoga Nidra is perfect for those who find meditation a challenge,
as it gently guides the mind to become more calm & focused.
Yoga Nidra is done lying in the pose of relaxation, or sitting
in a comfortable chair. Each Yoga Nidra takes about 25 minutes.
